Continuous improvement of service means making things
better. It is not fighting fires. It is DHI's goal not
to blame people for problems or failures. It is simply
a way of looking at how DHI can do their work better.
When DHI takes a problem solving approach, DHI often
never gets to the root of the problem because the main
